The dynamic trio excited party goers last night at Kampala Sheraton Hotel Gardens in a thrilling show that gathered party animals of all nature.
Major Lazer arrived in Uganda at exactly 4:30 PM fresh from a show in Kenya that happened the previous thereby heading direct to Kampala Sheraton Hotel for sound check at about 6PM before the show kicked off at about 8PM with thrilling performances from local acts like Apass, Fik Fameica, Mr.Silverback, Beenie Gunter and many more before the long awaited, main act of the night took centre stage to perform their world wide famous hits like Lean on, Cold water, watch out for dis, boom, light it up, pon the floor and many more.
The ‘Club Beer Refresh Your Beat With Major Lazer’ went on with non stop partying till mid night and it was worth every penny as revellers expressed their satisfaction through endless rounds of applause after the show had climaxed.
London has booked a date with Ugandan Afro pop singer StarBoss Big Eye. The singer will be performing in London later this year at the Intercontinental hotel at the O2. Big Eye will perform along other star Artistes from Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda.The show is slated for the 24th to 26th at the Intercontinental hotel.

He is down to earth and one wouldn’t know that he owns the company. He is a man who will carry speakers, share lunch and chat with his all his ground staff. Silk events are always consulted, to plan and organise major concerts and Government functions. They have the best event equipment in town.
- Peter Kaggwa (Events warehouse )
He is the King of all major international conferences in Uganda. He handles most Government organised functions and events. He is also down to earth, but very strict about giving out free money. You must sweat to be paid.
- Joesph Masembe (Mase Consultants)
He is the best at doing PR for any event. His little hands go green project has earned him millions and international respect. With over 20, 000 parents and kids attending his ‘My kid is a super star’ event at Kololo Airstrip, President Museveni had no choice, but appear twice.
